DDS Academy has taught Nagpur since 1990, and the next stage of the academy needs people who can take it to more families across the city. We are hiring a Business Development Manager and Sales Executives. Freshers are welcome to apply — we will train you.

Business Development Manager
Full time · Nagpur · ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month plus incentives
What you will do
- Build partnerships with schools, colleges and coaching networks across Nagpur
- Run outreach — school visits, seminars, counselling sessions — and bring admissions enquiries in
- Follow up with parents and students, and convert enquiries into admissions
- Work with the directors on targets, campaigns and weekly reporting
- Represent DDS at education fairs and city events
What we are looking for
- Confident on your feet and on the phone — Marathi, Hindi and English
- Comfortable meeting people, travelling within Nagpur, and working to targets
- Graduate in any stream; business development or sales experience preferred
- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome
Sales Executive
Full time · Nagpur · ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month plus incentives
What you will do
- Handle admissions enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and walk-in at the centre
- Counsel parents and students on courses, batches, fees and scholarships
- Follow up with every enquiry until the family decides — and after
- Keep enquiry records and daily follow-up lists in order
- Support admission events, mock tests and centre-level activity
What we are looking for
- Warm, patient and clear — in person and on the phone
- Marathi, Hindi and English
- Comfortable with a smartphone and basic computer work
- Graduate preferred; freshers welcome, and we will train you
